Teal + Flow

Hi, I'm Yvonne! I'm originally from Austin, Texas, but I've called the Seattle area home for more than 15 years. I have a love for teal and turquoise (I still can't decide which is my favorite!) and find endless inspiration in the beauty of nature, which often finds its way into my artwork. I've been creating art for as long as I can remember. What began as simple doodles has grown into the distinctive style I create today.

 

My work combines vibrant colors, intricate patterns, rich textures, geometric elements, natural forms, and abstract designs, resulting in pieces that are uniquely my own.​ Creating art is where I find my flow. I can spend hours or even months developing a single piece, carefully building layers of detail until it feels complete. I primarily work with Micron pens and Faber-Castell markers on deluxe white vellum surface or watercolor paper, allowing each piece to showcase the fine details and vibrant colors that define my style.
